Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn has been an actress for over 20 years. Her most well-known role was Skyler in AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and won Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress for Drama Series 2013 and 2014. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice, and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during the Preparatory stage before moving with her family to Ohio. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna spent a few seasons working in Chicago theater before transitioning to TV and film roles. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she appeared as Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore. Anna continued to appear in movies and TV series such as Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others until late 1990's. Anna was later selected for The Practice as Jean Ward. Martha Bullock, a character she played for two years on Deadwood's season two. In 2008, she was cast in the role of Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was the Deadwood film and other films included her. Gunn was on stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn acted as Numbered Days, which is a four part audio podcast in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered around the love story of Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their strained bond and eventual end resembles the end of Walter White's story.
